House Rules &
Requirements
We want every dog to have a tail-wagging good time. Please review our health standards and cancellation policies to ensure a safe environment for the whole pack.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and healthy environment for every dog in our care. To maintain our "Family Feeling," we ask that all pet parents adhere to the following standards.
Health & Vaccinations
-
Up-to-Date Shots: All dogs must have current DHPP (Distemper), and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof from a vet is required before the first visit.
-
Spay/Neuter: All pups over 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered to join group play.
-
Flea & Tick Free: All dogs must be on a regular prevention program. Any dog found with fleas will be treated at the owner's expense and separated from the pack.
Behavioral Standards
-
The "Meet & Greet": Every new dog must pass a temperament assessment. We look for signs of aggression or extreme anxiety.
-
Non-Aggressive: We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior towards humans or other dogs. Safety is our #1 priority.
-
Rough Play: We monitor play closely. Excessive roughhousing will result in a "time-out" or dismissal if the behavior cannot be corrected.
Logistics & Cancellations
-
Cancellation Window: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the day.
-
Late Pick-up: Daycare closes promptly at 5:00 PM. A fee of $10 is applied for every 15 minutes past closing time.
Repeated "No-Shows" may result in the loss of your standing reservation slot. We have a waitlist and appreciate your understanding!
